融英语阅读：China’s pork price climbed 26.6% in 12 weeks
China’s vegetable basket products wholesale price index stood at 174.92 in last week, up 0.51 point over the previous week, the China Securities Journal reported Friday, citing the Ministry of Agriculture’s national agricultural products wholesale information network.The price of pock advanced 1.3% to RMB 17.47 per kg compared with the precious week, up 26.6% from the beginning of the price hike in this year.
By far the pork price has been rising for 12 consecutive weeks, the paper added.
The base of the vegetable basket products wholesale price index was set at 100 in year 2000.
