　　“东方丝绸公司”是虚构的名称，考试中和实际业务中，公司名称应当严格采用业主自定的英语名称，不能擅“译”。
　　“自主经营”和“自负盈亏”两个短语没有译出，这是因为其语意已然体现在company以及后面的with the corporate status
　　of a legal person and independent
　　accounting中了；一听company，老外已经明白，故题中应有之意无需再说。“独立核算”需要译出，因为国外的企业集团中有些二级公司是独立核算的，有些不是；company并不一定表明这层意思，故此需要特意指出。
/ f9 s1 S0 T! z% f* d- j: t/ `) a　　“来料加工”的译法其实挺活络的，请参考“经贸术语”相关词条。
  o+ r( S; O! H0 V　　我们在“商务信函的汉译英”一章中已经讲过，汉语版本可以而且经常是一长段，英语译文最好能够给予分段。下面许多段落都有这个问题。分段译出的做法，一方面符合国际业务交流中的惯例，另一方面考卷卷面也显得整洁，应当是一个比较好的个人案头习惯。考试中迄今似乎这么做的人不多。
