　　在上一课中，Michael向老板解释他们遇到困难的原因在于，将产品向全国市场投放，就需要增加产量，而这比预计的要困难。对此解释，Bill是这样回答的：
　　B: That's ridiculous. We had no problems with production during the test market phase.
　　M: I know, but that was on a much smaller scale. It seems that they've run into difficulties with the tooling for the machines.
　　B: I want you to tell me where we stand.

　　首先说明那个时候是on a small scale(小规模的)，然后说：
