金融财经英语表达：decelerate

　　Financial English Expressions：decelerate
　　Inflation has decelerated remarkably over the past two years.
　　通货膨胀近两年来以大幅度减速。
　　Growth in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) decelerated significantly, from 10.5 per cent in real terms in 2000 to a mere 0.1 per cent in 2001.
　　本地生产总值的实质增长由2000年10.5%大幅减至2001年仅有0.1%。
　　The rate of economic decline is decelerating, but it is too soon even to be sure of a turnround, let alone of a return to rapid growth.
　　经济下滑的速度的确正在减慢。不过，现在还不能下定论说经济拐点已经到来，更不用说恢复快速增长了。
