  以下是gre阅读长难句实例分析。gre长难句一直都是考生比较头疼的一个问题,不是因为gre考试专门考察这部分,而是在gre阅读中需要明白这些长难句才能理解整篇文章的意思。! m8 s5 q$ I: z1 w' t. }
  Yet Waizer’s argument,however deficient,does point to one of the most serious weak- nesses of capitalism-namely,that it brings to predominant positions in a society people who,no matter how legitimately they have earned their material rewards,often lack those other qualities that evoke affection or admiration. 3 Y+ B; y1 L, L2 a
破折号后面的部分是主句宾语的同位语从句,此从句中固定搭配bring A to B被倒装成了bring to BA。如果把这句话恢复成正常语序,则是it brings people who, no matter how legitimately they have earned their materiall rewards, often lask those other qualities that evoke affection or admiration to predominant positions in a society。
Yet Waizer’s argument,however deficient,does point to one of the most serious weak-  nesses of capitalism-namely,that it brings to predominant positions in a society people who,no matter how legitimately they have earned their material rewards,often lack those other qualities that evoke affection or admiration.% I/ o% i; A' d( C9 `
