1 Medium of exchange 交换媒介! e$ q$ t8 [* Y9 C
2 Unit of account
& ?7 x+ V# o0 K Q2 A 3 Store of value 价值储存手段+ v7 l8 g! I. P& z
1 portability
8 |: p! j+ a8 _4 n% C& P 2 durability 持久性3 H, G5 B8 i6 U. |2 S Y
3 divisibility 可分性
. K- x6 J- U, a% g
8 G2 U$ [1 t2 d" i. i: L+ F In the earliest days, for example in ancient Babylon, measures of wheat were the money commodity. People would exchange other goods and services firstly by exchanging quantities of wheat. And eventually it was worked out by the Babylonian priests that they could hold the wheat in a central store and then simply keep records of who owned the wheat. And rather than physically moving the wheat around, eventually we had a primitive system - quite advanced by the terms of the day - of record keeping. We had ledgers.3 q) `7 l$ W5 U. U1 w2 s9 o
2 primitive system of record keeping

8 Q8 O' P/ y ~
