金融英语阅读：Singapore sees strong hiring outlook for Q4

　　SINGAPORE, Sept. 7 -- It is still a job seeker's market in Singapore as the active pace of hiring is expected to continue here into the fourth quarter, local media reported on Tuesday.
4 b* ]2 W/ ]2 R5 T　　According to the latest Manpower Employment Survey which polled 699 employers, the net employment outlook is a seasonally adjusted 23 percent for Oct. to Dec. -- the same as in the third quarter, local daily The Business Times reported.
　　Year on year, the prospect for job growth is 8 percentage points stronger for the fourth quarter.
　　All seven industry sectors in the latest poll forecast a higher headcount in the next three months, with the public administration and education (net employment outlook 29 percent) and the wholesale and retail trade (27 percent) sectors tipped to take in the biggest number of people.
( h7 W+ w6 f5 Y! c　　The survey also polled the rest of the Asia Pacific region, covering 16,000 employers in 36 countries and territories.
　　Across the entire region, employers report positive hiring intentions for the next three months, with those in China and China's Taiwan reporting the strongest hiring expectations, as well as the most optimistic outlooks.
! y! r6 [6 L% j. s　　While hiring plans in the fourth quarter are mixed compared with the third quarter -- with Australia looking at a slight fall, and India and New Zealand expecting weaker recruitment -- employers in all countries and territories polled have bigger recruitment plans.
