“工程”指承包商按本合同实施的工程。! O% g% {) P5 }9 ~; N2 q
“合同价格”指业主向承包商支付的全部工程款项。0 A; j F. C2 J. `4 X1 ?5 k8 v, X
Article 1-Definitions
