PLANT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

" n! G( r( c7 [8 K! J- m6 F) ~ “承包商”指 。5 v# ?3 O; W( t. s; {
“工厂”指在附录×中指定的构成固定设备的全部机器、设备和材料。
# i' d+ t7 Q2 u5 j3 R1 o! D0 f “工地”指按本合同用于建造工厂的全部地皮。2 [; R, A, {% E& Y+ @0 a9 x- u, J
“工程”指承包商按本合同实施的工程。
7 A0 z7 K! w# o4 q |; \1 W “合同价格”指业主向承包商支付的全部工程款项。

"The Contractor" shall mean .

"The Works" shall mean the works to be done by the Contractor under this Contract.
