: r/ c/ i# J* q, B" ~0 Q* c Any projects applying for no less than RMB 5 million fixed assets loan or no less than $1 million foreign exchange loan from ICBC should be appraised; any S&T development loan should be appraised in principle regardless loan amounts; additional loan amounts exceeding 30% of the former loan commitment should be reappraised. But any loans in accordance with any of the following conditions may not be appraised as long as a loan survey report is provided. 3.评估的范围
3 f- m5 h& a/ |6 p 凡申请中国工商银行固定资产贷款人民币500万元(含)以上、外汇贷款100万美元(含)以上的项目,均应进行评估;科技开发贷款不论贷款额大小,原则上都要进行评估;追加贷款额超过原承诺贷款30% 的应重新进行评估。但符合以下条件之一的贷款可以不评估,只要提供贷款调查报告即可。

IV. Checkup and approval
9 q% @, u5 e/ U9 @ After completion of the project loan appraisal report, the appraisal & advisory department should conscientiously review the appraisal report, and submit to the credit management department and the credit policy committee in the form of departmental documents; the credit management department will checkup and approve the loan according to the appraisal report and other data. 四、审查审批 |
