+ B6 G$ _# d' r2 I0 n　　受益人申明/证明是信用证受益人根据信用证的有关规定缮制的一种比较简单的议付单据。
　　（一）信用证受益人申明/证明条款示例：
　　1.Beneficiary‘s Certificate certifying that full set of non-negotiable dopies of documents to be sent to applicant immediately after shipment.
8 _3 X& w2 E( y& m　　2.Beneficiary‘s Statement indicates that cable of shipping advice dispatched to the accountee immediately after shipment.
　　3.Beneficiary‘s Declaration stating that one complete set of non-negotiable shipping documents sent directly to the opener by express airmail within 2 days after shipment.
' a, s+ X* s' P$ Q/ F7 D　　4.Beneficiary‘s Certificate certifying that each export package to the marked with “MADE IN CHINA”。

3 i, a: J+ @. {. x" y; d9 o! t/ w　　1.名称：按信用证的规定。
　　2.日期：受益人申明/证明的日期应与证明内容相吻合。例如：提单日期是3月
- v& _5 i# H6 N( X　　12日。受益人证明的有关内容是“We hereby certify that one set of non-negotiable shipping documents has been airmailed to the Applicant within 2days after the shipment date.”则受益人证明的日期不能早于3月12日，当

, q" Z7 G5 `' ]: h3 X3 n　　3.内容：受益人申明的内容应根据信用证缮打。但有时应对所用时态做相应变化。例如：信用证条款规定：“Beneficiary‘s certificate certify that all the packages to be lined with waterproof paper and bound with two iron straps outside.”则受益人证明应作成：“……packages have been lined……”
　　4.签署：受益人证明应注明出证人的公司名称并签署。
　　九、装运通知副本
　　装运通知是出口方在订妥舱位或货物装船后发给进口方的通知。有时，进口方为了督促出口方履行通知义务，就在信用证中要求受益人在交单时提交装运通知的副本作为议付单据之一。
　　信用证装运通知副本条款示例：
% ]2 c# V' H& X4 `, n　　1.Beneficiary‘s certified copy of cable/telex dispatched to applicant within 48 hours after shipment advising L/C No.， name of vessel/flight number， date， quality， weight and value of the shipment.
　　2.Certified copy of beneficiary‘s fax to applicant.（fax No.852-3053113） dated within 7days after shipment advising the name and sailing date of carrying vessel and Marine Bill of Lading No.
　　3.Shipment advice showing the name of the carrying vessel， date of shipment， marks， amount and the number of the Documentary Credit must be sent by registered airmail to the applicant.The relative postal registration receipt and a copy of the shipment advice must be attached to the documents.

　　案例：1998年4月8日，华信公司收到JBS公司通过加拿大皇家银行开来的编号为98/0501 – FTC的信用证信开本，该公司按照信用证的规定备齐了全套议付单据于4月27日向议付银行—— 上海爱建金融公司交单议付。以下是华信公司提交的全套议付。见附录17.
) I" l: X* k0 X% Y( [　　华信单据评析：
　　1.汇票的日期是华信公司向议付行交单的日期。因此，此日期不能晚于信用证的到期日5月15日。另外，根据《UCP500》有关条款的规定：如信用证无其他的规定，则信用证项下的单据的交单日期不得迟于运输单据出单后的21天。由于提单是4月22日签发的，因此，汇票日期也不能迟于5月13日（4月22日后的第21天）。
　　2.由于信用证规定提交“SIGNED COMMERCIAL INVOICE……” 因此，华信公司的商业发票必须签署。
　　3.注意根据信用证的要求，在装箱单上面列明每一个货号的重量和尺码。
　　受益人证明的日期要在运输单据（即提单）签发日后（最早是在运输单据的出单日）。否则，如果受益人证明的日期在提单签发日前的话，则无法证明所有运输单据的副本已经传真给了开证申请人。
