健康类作文:
% F( D' v9 j0 h学生需要健康的心理
' p: ^$ f$ y( ^* ^8 iStudents Need Mentally Healthy Mind. z/ V0 Z" w5 a* [! o/ f" M. V4 X0 \/ H
Some college students have hidden mental problems. Without parents´ immediate help or teachers´ adequate guidance, a host of physical and emotional disorders touch them. They suffer from depression, sleep disorders or poor academic performance. Anxious hearts, hopeless minds and even nervous breakdowns chase them./ L' b5 Z/ c/ x6 E4 F1 n% N
Mental health is part of the most valuable wealth students can ever possess. On campus students learn to reason and act with wisdom, with a healthy mind in a healthy body, they can challenge all hardships later in life. Today´s competitive world needs more versatile talents (多面手,多才多艺的英才), especially those who are firm-willed(意志坚定的) and have confidence in themselves.
( K- a+ r- P  E# d8 k- e2 lTherefore, all sides concerned (有关各方) should make joint efforts to help students solve their mental problems. Parents, teachers and classmates could encourage them to have a balanced view of life. Students must develop a positive mental attitude and be more optimistic (乐观) about the world. We believe those who have mental health can do great things in the future.

2 c7 V- N  `& A“I can´t stand the pressure and competition,” explained one friend of mine when asked why he decided to quit his highly-paid but demanding position in his company recently. My friend may have his own reasons, but I don´t think his decision is wise in reality./ U4 H8 N, i4 Y
It is true that my friend´s case is not unique. In the last few years quite a number of men and women have chosen to do something less competitive at the cost of a comfortable, easy life a highly-paid job can obtain. They are afraid that the stresses and strains of work will rob them of joy and happiness and do them harm both physically and mentally. In fact, however, stress isn´t the bad thing as it is often supposed to be. Unless it gets out of control, a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and challenge, and to give purpose and significance to an otherwise meaningless, idle life. People under stress tend to express their full range of potential and to actualize their own personal worth - the very aim of a human life.7 j' Z5 a: ^" l( N- \) {) e- `
Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. What we can do is to develop our adaptive abilities to deal with it rather than to escape from it.4 l4 u# R0 w1 G0 I+ w; t" [4 U
Health and Wealth
' }7 L, ^. O# g) P, M9 `9 K: jIt is clear that health is the foundation of one´s future success. If you become sick, it is almost impossible to pursue your career effectively, much less make your dreams come true. On the other hand, if you are stout and strong, you can go all out to overcome the obstacles that lie ahead of you.
* b7 {8 M8 I/ }Now that we know that health is the source of our energy, what should we do to maintain and enhance our health? First, we should exercise every day to strengthen our muscles. Second, we should keep regular hours. If we get up early, we can breathe fresh air and see the sunrise. This habit can do wonders for our outlook on life. Third, there is a proverb that says, “Prevention is better than cure.”* v2 H. s  o9 S1 A0 {
In conclusion, health is more important than wealth. Those who are rich, but lose their health are no more fortunate than those who are poor. If you want your wish to come true, health is the most important ingredient of your success.
