Potatoes and Cucumber with Parsley

1 cucumber, about 3/4 pound
% ]% O7 i6 O! _3 D5 z7 [1 s9 d2 H 1 tablespoon butter
6 E& w* \0 q- q$ m 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley! V* c& i. I; ^3 I
Salt and pepper to taste
7 i* E2 Y" n0 ]1 s b, \ Peel the potatoes. Split them in half lengthwise, then cut into quarters.; c% ^( g+ W; X9 _' B" A( `& \
Put the potatoes in a small skillet with water to cover. Bring to the boil and cook about 10 minutes.
