Potatoes and Cucumber with Parsley
, _% ^2 t2 N% C% g( e+ C 2 potatoes, about 3/4 pound
F1 L# P& t' f3 p0 ` 1 cucumber, about 3/4 pound/ l$ a' `( a5 v9 R( p
1 tablespoon butter
" _4 U. ~6 d6 X/ J: @; Q3 |# b2 c: j 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Put the potatoes in a small skillet with water to cover. Bring to the boil and cook about 10 minutes.

When the potatoes have cooked 10 minutes, add the cucumbers. Cook about four minutes. Drain.
