Potatoes and Cucumber with Parsley

1 tablespoon butter
5 R0 b$ k: x, R" o1 _2 _/ n$ N1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Put the potatoes in a small skillet with water to cover. Bring to the boil and cook about 10 minutes. 5 y5 [+ N( N: r B9 G5 [8 i1 F. m0 ?
Meanwhile scrape the cucumber. Cut it into 11/2 inch lengths. Cut each length in half.4 N8 A& R' F( P U5 b
When the potatoes have cooked 10 minutes, add the cucumbers. Cook about four minutes. Drain.
