The importance of extracurricular activities

Moreover, participating in extracurricular activities could also boost students’ development of interpersonal relationship. The awareness of responsibility, cooperation and punctuality, are fostered as each student interacts with other members of their group. 　　 In short, extracurricular activities are vital because they could help students explore their interests and talents, teach them to manage their time and know their limits, as well as fit them in with other students.
