　　2. 培养youth的竞争意识能使他们具备适应社会的生存能力，为追求自己的理想而奋斗。竞争可以更好的发挥youth的潜力和能力，比如学校的奖学金的分配，培养了学生的竞争意识，使得他们更好的学习，去争取奖学金。在这个过程中他们也掌握了一定的知识。毕竟要成为leader，需要通过与其他candidate的竞争。只有懂得取竞争才能表现出自己的优点从而成为领导
